WELCOME TO OUR NURSERY
The Playhouse Nursery aims to provide a nurturing home from home environment, for children aged 6 months through to pre-school age. We emphasis on learning through play. We are proud to be able to provide a dedicated & unique indoor children's soft play area in which they will be able to interact, develop life and social skills, encourage physical activity and imaginative play which are all part of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
The Playhouse Nursery is an OFSTED registered full-time day nursery operating from 8am - 6pm on weekdays for 51 weeks of the year. We are located in Muswell Hill / Colney Hatch area.

ENVIRONMENT
We are a family run business and have children of our own so we know the importance of providing a safe, friendly and comfortable environment for children as well as the adults. Your child will learn in a safe, warm and accepting environment. Our atmosphere enables children to respect themselves and others. Through diverse creative experiences, we enhance children’s ability to socialise with others, be creative, express themselves and develop. We provide a high quality program, one which we are always improving following the guidelines of Early Years Foundation Stage.
INDOOR & OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND
Our indoor & outdoor play area offer a safe and fun environment, where babies, toddlers and children can create and develop life skills. Play areas are important for children, giving them a space for pretending, expressing and imagining themselves. Play areas promote thinking, problem solving, and turn taking, and help children learn and develop skills in all domains.
OUR ROOMS
Our rooms are carefully designed to meet the development needs of each and every child. We have dedicated rooms for our various age groups and each room reflects the 7 areas of learning, as prescribed in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
